Chris did an excellent job of renovating my condo bathroom this past June. We discussed what I wanted done and he provided some very helpful suggestions and ideas along with an itemized written estimate. He stuck to the budget and completed the work on time. I am delighted with the results! Chris is very professional, respectful and pleasant to deal with. He will be my “go to” guy for any further work in my condo.

Chris and Bryan helped me rebuilt my deck this summer, and they did great job. They came to my house talked with me to learn my requirements and presented a couple of designs. They planned well before started the project and arrange time very effective. I am very impressed by their professionalism, and am very satisfied with their final work in terms of time arrangement, using of materials and the building quality; Will definitely refer BTR concept to other friends.

Planning a Renovation? Let us help.

If you're planning a renovation in the near future it's important to plan ahead. Here's a brief checklist to help out with the overall process. These are a few basic notes to help the homeowner understand what the contractor has to work with. These points are intended to help both parties in completing the work on hand in a more organized matter.

Notes for planning a renovation:
Jobs that require permits add extra waiting time until the project can start. Plan ahead, if you're looking to get a new deck built in June, start the designing and planning process at least a couple months before. Permit applications are unpredictable and can take as long as a month or more.
Know what you want ahead of time so materials and items can be on site from day one. Important items such as bathroom vanities, toilets, sinks/faucets, shower controls, light fixtures, tubs, shower pans, etc. These items are needed on site for various plumbing and electrical rough ins.
It's important to set a budget. However, be well aware it's common for renovations to go over budget. After walls are opened up it is required by law to bring any electrical/plumbing up to code. So set a budget that is comfortable for you.
Renovation during Vacation:
A renovation or construction while you're away on vacation is a great time to get work done. However plan well ahead, we will require a month or two notice.
